Rich Coaches Academy (RCA),  is the only International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited institution that provides Trauma Informed Coach training by Certified Trauma Professionals for those in the community who want to effectively serve their clients. This program is designed to assure that makes sure that the RCA offers a well-rounded curriculum for today's coach.All coaches trained under this program are residents of Wards 7 & 8 and provide a minimum of 250 community service coaching hours to the members of the Ward 7 & 8 Community.
